Adelaide City Council’s FREE New Year’s Eve event promises a great night of entertainment and fireworks. Elder Park will swing to the sounds of soul, funk, blues and folk rock in a musical line-up sure to please all tastes and ages. The historic Rotunda will provide the focal point for live entertainment and the night sky will light up with two rounds of spectacular fireworks designed by award-winning Foti International Fireworks. People will be able to enjoy the array of international food and purchase beverages from the licensed New Year’s Eve Beer Garden. There will be no BYO alcohol allowed at the event.

Glenelg, from 6pm. Come and celebrate the new year in the true South Aussie style by heading down to the Bay. Families can enjoy their own fireworks for the kids at 9.30pm at Brighton Jetty, or join with everyone else for the midnight display at Glenelg. The family friendly event will begin at 6pm; with a special fireworks display at 9.30pm at Glenelg and Brighton Jetties before the main display at midnight at Glenelg Jetty. The Voice grand finalist Rachael Leahcar also includes Supertonic, DJ Jakki J and the very popular Ti…cklish Allsorts.
