Position: Sushi Maker

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and roll sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese takeaway to the highest standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Assist with inventory management and restock ingredients as needed.

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in sushi preparation or similar kitchen roles (preferred but not essential—training provided for the right candidate).

- Keen eye for presentation.

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
