Nothing as complicated as you wrote. Just find the girl I think I can talk to, walk up to her and say, "Hi.", "Hello." or "Good evening.".

Just greet the girl, introduce yourself normally and say something interesting/amazing about yourself (but stick to the truth). Can't promise much but you'll at least have a normal conversation to find out something about the girl you are interested in.
