对lz表示安慰 最近也是遇到jp房东 这种只认钱的房东真是够了！房客本来就享有应有的enjoyment不是他想怎么样就怎么样的，法盲真可怕！如果lz搬走的时候房东又出什么幺蛾子 lz可以去gov投诉！一定不要便宜他们！！！

Thank you for the supporting, I am no longer angry but this is such an awkward time for me to move and cos lots of inconveniences. We did get alone in the past times, until this thing happened and what he said really opened my eyes for their attitude which has zero respect to tenant in regards to living environment and really offended my principles with that fight last night. Anyway, we will all move on, hope you will find a better house soon, all the best!

算了吧，极品还是躲远点好，让他自己去玩吧。
我刚买的几乎全新的房子，准备只租一间出去，所有家具都是全新的，但是我们也在烦恼能不能找到一个省心的租户，我们家在klemzig，出门右边走50米到小区车站，左边走10分钟就是有轨电车。
家里就两个人，白天都上班，无人吸烟，无人养宠物，家里两辆车，车位紧张，你有车的话，就这能停路边。。。

能理解房東的房貸的壓力, 但是這是一個文明社會, 大家彼此的尊重是很基本的, 這也是體現最基本的人權，雖說房東有租房的權力，但是租客也應該有知情權，作為房東也應該照顧租客的感受，又是一個女孩子，更應該有個照應，畢竟也算是有緣才能住在一個房子。男人要有氣度，想做沒有素質的房東回中國大陸去做。
