Position: Office Administrator Casual Position (3- 4 days per week,10.00 am – 16.00 pm, or longer as required)
Key responsibilities of the role will include - Administration tasks and preparation of paperwork to assist company management
- Assist with drafting company notices and letters
- Assist with store maintenance requests and repair quotations.
- General administrative duties as required
- Adhere to and improve administrative functions, company policies, and procedures
- Other administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience - Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and/or on your own.
