A single bedroom for rent. $110 includes everything, heatand air conditioning in every room. One study desk inc. bookshelves and a lamp,one single bed, one wardrobe, two chairs, one combined coat hanger.

Roommates are quiet, friendly and have normal time schedules. Live with the landlord who is not home most of the time. Chinese or Cantonese preferred. We'd love someone who's thoughtful, with good manners and generally has regular normal schedule. No pets no smoking please.
