At Café Di Mare, we offer a la carte dining for breakfast, lunchand dinner. Title:GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

Jobtype: Full Time

Accountantat Cafe Di Mare provides services relating to financial reporting, taxation,auditing, insolvency, accounting information systems, budgeting, costmanagement, planning and decision-making to Cafe Di Mare; and provide adviseson associated record-keeping requirements.

Wagepackage: $54, 000 per year+ Bonus+ Superannuation (negotiable if with more than 10 years working experience)

EssentialRequirements:

1.Fluent English speaker;

2.Bachelor degree or higher qualification in accounting major or commerce areawith accounting specialization;

3. Related working experience is necessary;

4.Good communication skill and team work spirit.

Duties andresponsibilities

·        Preparation of the Annual FinancialAccounts, including the Profit and Loss Statement and the Balance Sheet,commencing with the year ended 2014 financial year.

• Preparation of Income Tax Returns.
• Preparation of the Company’s ASIC     Annual Statement and Solvency Statement.
• Preparation of Company Minutes     etc. to comply with statutory requirements.
• Review and assist in preparation of     your BAS/GST, PAYGW and PAYG obligations to the ATO as necessary.
• Preparation of any Work Cover and     Payroll Tax obligations.
• Preparation of your FBT Return     and any FBT Declarations.
• Review of your financial accounts     to ensure consistency with the FBT return.
  

·        When requested, advising or instructing staff onthe maintenance of the accounting and internal control systems.

• Exam operating costs and     organisations' income and expenditure according to the budget.
• Provide financial, budgeting,     auditing and taxation advice on business structures, plans and operations     as requested from time to time.
