I am from Hong Kong
I just finished my nursing degree in QUT and my student is going to expire soon on 30 August.
Me and my partner suppose to plan for getting marry and apply partner visa, however, we heard it will be very hard for us to get proved since we dont have joint account and we didnt live together before. Because i have to finish my study in brisbane and my fiance (citizen) is working in Sydney as in the navy.
I was wondering if you could advise me on the best way to keep me stay in aussy for the other year, as long as i can stay with my partner? (e.g. post-grad working visa? working visa? tourist visa?)
Should i go back to Hong Kong and apply prospective marriage visa? or should i just get married right now and apply partner visa?
