Your Responsibilities Will Include:

The Role:We are looking for a reliable and proactive Forklift Driver to join our operations team in Welland. The successful applicant will receive training and support to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize materials.
  
• Prepare and pack items for pickup.
  
• Perform manual lifting tasks with team support (two-person lifts for heavier items).
  
• Coordinate with customers to locate job references and validate stock releases.
  
• Use the system to track, release, and verify inventory transactions.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the yard.
  
• Unload containers and manage waste disposal/rubbish.
  
• Cooperate with the logistics, procurement, and inventory teams to streamline operations.
  
  

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
  
• Ability to handle some physical lifting.
  
• Basic English communication and reading skills for safety and accuracy.
  
• A positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility.
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
