We have a single-bed room and a double-bed room for rent in a 3-bed house in Wattle Park 5066. Very suitable for uni students or full-time professionals (FEMALE ONLY). The house is located in a quiet, leafy area, with city views.
- Both rooms include: brand new mattress, study desk and chair, air-con, built-in wardrobes
- Shared bathroom/ toilet between the 2 rooms
- Close to local shopping centres
- Norwood International High School is 3min drive away, 20min walk and 12min by bus
- UniSA Magill and Magill Primary School is also a short 4min drive away, 27min walk, and 20min by bus
- Sing-bed room is $190/week; Double-bed room is $210/week --> All bills included
