(1)Accurately reflect the duties, salary and any other benefits of the position. The salary must reflect the current market rate.
(2)Be written to attract the best possible response.
(3)Describe the position in a way that would not discourage Australian Citizens or permanent residents to apply.

材料清单：
1.组织结构图，标明人员身份，PR还是公民，全职还是兼职（并且写出该职位是怎么有利于公司经营的）
2.ABN
3.近一年的财务报表
4.写以下公司的简介，产品及服务类型
5.如果提名职位以前存在，现在辞职了提供一下相关证明，如果是新添加的职位需要，需要提供公司扩大的证据
6.提供该职位不能由当地人代替的证据，如果是打广告的话需要提供广告原件，Outcomes of recruitment campaign，Details of any applicants, including if they are Australian citizens or permanent residents and the reason why they are not suitable for the position;
7.雇主合同

提名人需要提供简历，护照首页和澳大利亚签证页

可以等你187分了case officer以后，给你来信，co会说由于你的RCB被拒，你的提名或签证会被拒签，问你是选择撤销提名，或是签证的申请（申请费不退的），还是给你拒签信，你去做MRT上诉？  这样的   那个时候再withdraw your application也是可以的。  你如果真急 需要帮助   就白天电话和我们联系具体谈吧

RCB没有通过，即是说Regional Certified Body建议移民局，你的雇主不需要海外员工以及有这个空缺。你的Nomination和Application一定会被拒的。现在干等也没有意义的。建议你withdrawal你的签证申请，这样不会留下拒签记录，对你下次提名和申请没有很大的影响。如果你干等被拒签，到时候再上诉会比较被动。需要进一步帮助，可以联系我。

明白你的意思了。你现在不要撤销申请，撤销了的话，没有合法的签证在这边，BVA会变成BVE，28天之内离境的。如果你不想换雇主的话重新做187的话，我的建议是，等着CO拒签你，然后你再MRT上诉。RCB可以重新做，具体要看到你的拒信之后，才能给详细的说明。我的邮箱是[email protected]，电话0405651646.
