地址：10 Allinga Avenue Glenside SA 5065
位于东南富人区Glenside超大House有六间卧室、两个洗手间、厨房和车库，也可只租四个房间，一个客厅和一个餐厅，家具齐全（冰箱、洗衣机），房东是老外，人很nice，近期会翻修厨房和洗衣房，为地板抛光等，让房子焕然一新。曾经住过的都是阿大学生，交通便利，可乘坐140、144、147、820等公交车20分钟左右到达city。安全舒适，此区基本都是老外，步行十分钟左右即可到达重点公立国际高中Glenunga International High School。花园房东会定期找专人修剪，不用亲自出马。
整租价格已降到600一周，乍一看好像很贵，实际上与同规模地角的房子相比，性价比很划算的。

由于房东平时工作比较忙，建议先发短信联系看房时间，也可打电话用英文交流。我是房东朋友替她发帖，如有细节问题麻烦请联系房东本人，我最近要考试可能没法及时查看帖子，抱歉啦！

Sorry I can't type Chinese on my iPad. I was very shocked and annoyed when I saw your post. Firstly, I don't live there and I am not an agent. The landlord is my friend she sent me email and asked me to post this on a Chinese real estate website, that's why I posted on bbs, the $600 price is exactly the same as what the landlord wrote in the email. Secondly, I already said that my exam will come soon, I don't have time and won't be there for house inspection coz it's not my job. Only the landlord will be in charge of everything. Thirdly, I never knew there was another advertisement until I opened the link u posted, it seems it was posted by the previous tenant, I have no idea who he/she is, and the landlord never told me about that. I am gonna check with the landlord and try to figure this out, if u r interested in this house, plz contact with her, thx!

这是不爽的节奏啊！我是真感兴趣，准备搬家，没事儿干也不会天天在论坛里晃荡...话说刚才电话没接着，如果就是因为这事儿打电话的话，那就不必再打了，您一声令下，我立马删帖...如果不是的话，咱倒是还真可以好好唠唠，毕竟好久没聊过了么~或者就等到你考试以后，毕竟，考试是您老人家一贯的理由啊~
