房子：
在东区的PARADISE AREA， 两个很好的房间，房东是专业的中国女老师， 价格合适留学生。 第一个房间是每周$135， 第二个房间是每周$125. 价格包含水费， 电费， 煤气费，清洁费， 除草费和物业费用和无流量限制的上网费。前院子是个漂亮的花园， 后院内是个绿茸茸的大草坪和一个市外的亭子间。
交通
如果你是自驾车，有两个院内的停车位子你可以免费使用。
交通也非常便利，3—5分钟步行距离到3 个不同的公交车站。 家门口是公交车556，557， 2 分钟开到PARADISE INTERCHANGE, 乘坐O-BAN只要 10-15分钟到CITY 和 UNI SA, ADELAIDE UNI. 公交车也直达唐人街，每15分钟一趟车。很近的公交车还有H30，174，178等等。
购物
家门口就是购物中心， NEWTON SHOPPING CENTRE 有TARGET 百货商店， FOODLAND，NEWSAGENCY, CAFÉ, PARADISE HOTEL, 药店和各种其它的你所需要的商店和饭店。
其它
Two rooms to rent--- About the House
Two nice rooms to rent in the Paradise area (East of the City), just a professional teacher lives in this house, the price is very reasonable for international students. The price includes water bill, electricity bill, gas bill, cleaning, gardening and council fees. There are also two beautiful yards.
Transports:
There are two car parks in the yard which you can use as free. There are also 3 different bus stops which you just need to walk 3—5 mins from home. There are buses 556 and 557 in the front of the door to the city via Paradise interchange. 15 mins to the city and universities, and buses come every 15 mins. Bus 174, bus 178, H30 are very close too.
Shopping:
Very close to Newton shopping centre which provides you everything you need, like TARGET, FOODLAND，NEWSAGENCY, CAFÉ, PARADISE HOTEL and etc.
