标题: Paradise Interchange 附近，仅一卧室

Paradise有房出租，一间卧室。

The house家俱齐全，有空调，暖气，冰箱，微波炉，等等。

卧室面积为11平米，有衣柜，书橱，大书桌。

学生优先（尤其是阿大的学生坐公车上学会比较方便，上课前二十多分钟出门，通常不会迟到）。现有tenants 为阿大学生。

价格：$90/week，+ share bills

位置：房子位于Paradise区的一间大House.

交通：坐车方便，房子距离O‘Bahn出城第二站Paradise interchange中转站只有5分钟路程，坐公共汽车到City只有10分钟的车程，并且平时白天平均每5分钟一辆车经过。

Walk5-6 minutes to Paradise Interchange,

Allbuses passing the Interchange, such as 502-507, 554-558, 178, M44, J1, J2, CI,....

Sorry, the room has been let. However, there is a room for rent in another house. The house is just off Magill Rd, near bus-stop No 8. Very convenient, and very nice house, too.
