标题: Norwood新房正东第三站小房再次降价(145/w)，假期短租，现可入住~~（老贴新用）

Norwood好房出租，

因为室友帮朋友看房子了临时退房，空出一小房间，所以现在好房又招租啦！房子是标准的Townouse （新房），一共3个房间，两个卫生间，一个浴室，现在是我和我两个室友一共三个女生在住，因为假期回国，空出房间，家里只剩一个室友，想要找一个爱干净房客。

房子是新房，不会有什么小强之类的。厨房厨具很全，想吃什么都可以自己动手做。
因为我不会开车，所以房子的车库也空出来，欢迎有车的同学前来入住。
房间全家具。

我（uniSA）和室友（阿大）都是学生，性格随和，欢迎有意向的同学来看房。
