男，单身，工作，好静，不吸烟，无不良爱好，有车。
要求：
   1、位于城东或东北方向，20站以内（可议)；
   2、同住人员不超过3人，且不要有夫妇和小孩儿；
   3、同住人员不夜半大声语聊或做饭等打扰他人；
   4、不需长时间路边停车；

另外，我还倾向于找人合租个unit/apartmen，一起分账单，欢迎有此想法的联系我。
