One room available in a beautiful home only 4 km from Flinders Uni.
Large bedroom (4m x 4m) is carpeted, fully furnished with a bed, desk, chairs, cupboard and drawer unit with mirror. The house has fully ducted air conditioning, wireless broadband, large gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, wood heater, and off street car parking.
A large deck overlooking a quiet tree filled valley with koalas, kookaburras, and other bird life makes this a peaceful and secluded place to live or study!
The owner pays all electricity, gas, phone rental and water bills and provides a cleaner for the all inclusive weekly rent of $140.
