我被移民局取消了student visa,我想選擇回國後再重新申請student visa. 移民局卻說明了只有2種情況下才可以再申請student visa而不需要等待3年時間.

(a) compelling
circumstances that affect the interests of Australia; or
(b) compassionate
or compelling circumstances that affect the interests of an Australian
citizen, an Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand
citizen that would justify the grant of the visa.

請問我該如何才可以有以上其中一個條件?
