Barista experience & outstanding customer service would be preferred. However, we can teach you to make a good coffee, but a happy personality & positive attitude can’t be taught.
To be successful in this role, you must have friendly outgoing personality with a minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, a basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment and a strong work ethic.
