CLEARVIEW BRAND NEW HOUSE _ Single Room/Master Room available 2 weeks later

—Located at the NORTH suburb CLEARVIEW,
—Near Main north road and Grand Junction and Hampstead Road;
—About 15 driving to city or to the north industry areas, and 5 minutes walking distance from bus stop, bus 205,206 to city about 15—20 minutes.
—5 minutes driving to the nearest Sefton Park shopping centre, including, Service SA, POSTOFFICE, Woolworth, Coles, Target, Foodland, Cheap as chips, etc.

Fully furniture house with Front yard and a back yard, modern bathroom and separately toilet, with center Air Conditioning, fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, TV, etc.

Single size room: With wardrobe, single bed, desk, etc. $105 Per week for single, including bills of internet, water, electric and gas.

4 week bond in advance, The Rent would be negociated if the stay longer than 3 months or more.

I live in Adelaide for several months, and would really like to share the house with someone who is kind, neat and tidy, and very easy-going. I would prefer a Long term housemate. In our daily life, we can do cooking, and go out for traveling together, and so on. I believe we can share more in our life.
