As a Social Support Worker, you will provide a variety of support including but not limited to:
Willing to be part of a start-up company
Assist with NDIS Registration and audit
Perform Risk Assessment
Prepare client’s reports
Able to market the company and get more clients
Supporting clients in accessing the community (using own car)
Assisting clients with maintaining their hygiene.
Assisting the participants with domestic duties like room cleaning and laundry.
Social support – like personal shopping, lunch out, etc (using own car)
Supporting clients with appointments (using own car)
This is a casual position, and the more clients you can get, the more hours you can work.

Successful applicants will have:
Cert III in Individual Support (Disability)
Or Social Work Diploma / Certificate
Or any course-related
Current Senior First Aid Certificate
Current Manual Handling Certificate
Current DCSI Screening (Disability Services Employment)
Good communication skills
Has a driver’s license (2 years or more full licence)
Has a reliable car with and must have comprehensive insurance
Knows NDIS and how it works
Flexible time to work in a variety of shifts.
