A brand new apartment with fully furnished has a ROOM for rent. The apartment is located in BOWDEN area, 4km to CBD. It is located on the FREE TRAM LINE, next to Adelaide Entertainment Cetre station. It is less than a 5-minute walk to IGA supermarket and other shops and cafes just in front of the apartment. Street parking available. All bills included in price, including Wifi (NBN network) and Netflix. It has air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, balcony and so on.

The room is fully furnished with a Queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobe and built-in desk with chair. YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE YOUR OWN BATHROOM THAT IS JUST RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR ROOM.

Sharing the apartment with ONLY 1 Korean male who stays in the master room.

No pets, No smoke, No party
