标题: 关于我们店被污蔑诽谤的回应
大家好，我是Yoyogi寿司店的老板Kevin，其实本不想发此帖，因为真的很忙，很难抽出时间来进行如此无聊的争辩。但Bbs上恶意中伤诽谤我店的人太多，愈演愈烈，所以我不得不说几句，我倒是不怕说出我的名字，估计那些费心黑我店的人也不知道我的名字，因此让他们知道一下，估计这些人就算在我店工作过，也应该没有工作超过三天的。

根据两篇黑帖所说，我们是由于没有给试工费而让他如此火大。OK这是事实，但在应聘时他即没有问试工是否有工资我们也没有许诺试工有工资，他说我们许诺试工有工资，有无证据？我们有和此人的短信记录，倒是可以提供出来。

试工有无工资，每个店都不一样，我们店对于试工这个概念,只理解为面试加培训，即使你不来，我们当天的员工也完全能完成工作。或许很多网友都认为我们试工无pay的做法很过分，我想请问，我在没有见到你之前，我为什么要给你工资？你的能力达到我们的要求了吗？面试也要付工资吗？如果各位网友们能给出我10个以上试工有Pay的寿司店名称，我们立刻整改规则，满足应聘者的需要。

他们的帖子中，说我们店低工资，8刀每小时，且无涨工资可能？这种昧着良心的话亏你们还受过高等教育。我们两家店员工20人，你们是不是觉得这些员工都是甘心受剥削？凭良心讲，我们也希望能帮助学生们在求学阶段自食其力，赚取一些生活费，因为我们也曾今是学生。我们在正式录用员工后只要能达到我们工作上的要求，工资随时会涨，当然，如果无法达到要求，也会面临着被淘汰的可能。吐槽者无凭无据随意污蔑，完全是一种被淘汰后的报复心理。

帖子中颠倒是非，说我店寿司质量差，卫生差。这种话，完全是吐槽贴的一大特色，不过你们放心，我们的客人95%是本地澳洲人，他们吃的非常开心，天天夸我们寿司新鲜，卫生局也对我们的卫生状况大大赞扬。所以，吐槽我们寿司不新鲜的，我觉得你比较适合国内地沟油做出来的寿司。

帖子中对我店里员工进行人身攻击，说他们心理有问题，都是怪咖。你们可以吐槽一个店，但有何资格侮辱店中员工？就凭这些污言秽语，就能判定发帖的人的素质有多低下，再看那些回帖，语无伦次，满嘴脏话，还发短信骚扰漫骂我们员工，恶意透露我店员工个人隐私，完全是地痞流氓的闹市行为，唯恐天下不乱。你们有这些时间，还是好好把重点放在学业上，不要毕不了业，考不出雅思，糟蹋了你们父母的钱。

我就说以上几点，清者自清，我们经营此店近10年，凭质量和服务赢得客人们的好评，不劳各位吐槽者操心了。奉劝各位好好学习，争取早日顺利毕业，回国报效祖国。另外感谢Bbs管理层之前对恶意贴的处理，我相信AdelaideBBS作为南澳最大的华人网络媒体，也会尽力维护一个美好的网络交流环境，杜绝各种诽谤污蔑流言的传播。

作为路人，感觉这老板情商不高。抛开具体发生了什么不谈，除去什么 95%都是老外，什么寿司新鲜，什么卫生局的不说。请问老板 “适合国内地沟油做出来的寿司 “ 这句话想要表达什么？？？？？是想说你在澳洲开寿司店的，寿司这么新鲜这么新鲜体现有多么的优越？？？还是嘲讽一下骂你的人来自 “万恶的” 中国？至于“回国报效祖国” “比不了业” 什么的，估计也是你的一时气话。个人觉得，大事化小，小事化无。澄清一下，双方没有沟通好就罢了。。。。扯这么些没用的，说一些废话，既不能取悦你们的老外顾客，又不能平息风波。只能自己安慰自己。

Since the "second" has already comes forward, I just want to express my personal views:

1. The related messages from the shop and employees convinced me that the employees or students are "bullied" and these employees or complainants they are telling the truth, ALTHOUG they are venting their frustration in a very EMOTIONAL way, which i do not propose and which will be exploited by some hypocrites.

2. The mentality of 95 per cent of "old foreign" customers already put the employer on the list of "unfairness".  If a boss, an employer keeps this line of mentality, what kind of "fairness" you will hold to your employess and other 5 per cent of other customers?.  Actually, "95%" has already spelled and concluded the case!

3. Your mentality and fairness told the whole story.

4. If "bullied" employees and students can express in a more reasonable way, and get rid of those "bad words"(although I can understand your extreme frustration), they will garner more support, as they are more vulnerable comparing with the boss and employer.

5. If you are or used to be a sushi shop owner, you will probably agree with me or at least understand me.

Any reasonable and constructive debates welcome.

哇，面试和试工是一个概念吗？有需要面试一天的吗？别人闯红灯没被罚，所以我也可以去闯？都是些什么可笑的逻辑。。。

我觉得老板尽扯些套话，你能回答一句，你们的卫生状况一点没问题吗？有没有把掉在地上的饭团若无其事的扔进锅里吗？人家可是举出具体例子的！还有试工和面试是两码事，只要是工作了就应付相应工资，其他寿司店是否按照规定办事不能成为你付不付工资的依据。

在BbS上吐槽想搞臭一家店，让这家店招不到人，流失客人，最好倒闭，不就是吐槽者的目的吗？我之所以说我们的客人是老外，因为他们不会来BbS啊，不会受这些恶意吐槽贴的影响啊，呵呵，现在应该能理解我的话了吧。

澳洲政府规定试工也要给钱好吧？如果老板你让别人来试工不打算给钱，难道你不应该事先申明？

As a professional sushi boss, it is easy to tell which potential employees fits this position, unless the boss just wants the "free labourers".
If you think he or she is not good enough, tell them directly and immediately.
If you need more time to convince yourself, you can ask your potential employess or students to stay longer, may be one h or two hrs. If you would like to employ them, you do not have to pay them, and just ask them starting the work today or tomorrow. If you think he or she still cannot meet your criteria after two hrs training, I suggest, at least you have to Pay them "something", like $10 dollars for trafic expenses and several bars of sushi and a thank-you-sorry greetings.

These students are young girls and boys. They are extremely frustrated and emotional when they are treated unfairly, expecially this "unfairness" is from our own ethnics.

回11楼，你说的很对，我们当时就是这么做的，当事人试工完成后我们已决定录用他，而且负责培训的员工也和我们说他的能力不错，但之后他嫌路远自己放弃了

我们从来都没有想得到什么Free labour ，因为如果是没有经验的人来，不但不能帮助我们，反而需要我们花更多的心思去培训，有时之所以需要长一些时间试工，的确想看一看应聘者是否真的适合此工作，比如英语能力和学习能力

jian11你的建议我们基本也是这么做的，如果试工不成我们一般都还会留应聘者吃个午饭，如果我们觉得可以一般从当日第三个小时开始给工资

Jian11你的话我同意，但在Bbs上恶意污蔑我无法接受，当日我不在店里，如果我在，或许很快就能决定是否录用应聘者，而不会拖到4个小时，这是我们的疏忽，但事后在BbS上恶意吐槽，当事人是不是处理事情的方法也有些过了？如果事后能和我及时沟通，或许能很好的解决问题。

If so, in this particular case, it's not your fault.
But the whole story doesn't spell like that. If you want him and he rejects you due to some reasons, it is not your fault. But it seems that both you and the complainants are talking past, not in the same talking groove and trajectory.

In chinese, we have a proverb running like this:
You don't take off your cap under a plum tree and you don't tie your shoes in watermelon fields., thus, in order to avoid any unnecessary suspicions and troubles.

甭管如何，有事说事。恶意吐槽，抹黑，骂店里员工心理有问题是怪咖，这个试工同学的素质的确不咋地，也就是在网上能这么嚣张了。在一个没有约束、监管的网络环境里，自身没有约束的话，就乱套了。

To LZ: Whether it is a kind of smearing or frustration venting for which i can understand, it will not bring any negative influence to your shop. Do not care too much. Customers are not that naive and gullable.
To be frank and direct, staffs are the best assets of a business. Try to be fair with them, expecially concerning "Money" problem.

If a boss wants a competant staff, he or she can "poach" one from other shops by paying more, for which gamerule allows, thus to eliminate any unnecessary troubles of training, teaching, etc.

我相信jin11也是个比较公正的老板，老实说，我们店里有很多很优秀的员工，对他们，我们根本不会在乎付高工资，但对于一个从未见过面的陌生应聘者，我们也需要一段时间的了解和考察,不可能一开始就高工资，我接受你的建议，以后会处理好此类事情，谢谢。

你这纯粹开玩笑，唐人街的学生兼职哪家达到法定工资了。而且我觉得这个老板说的试工不给钱这个也很对，你不来，我的人完全可以胜任当天工作。这种情况下不给钱就对了。

本人从凯文夫妇的店铺开张一年就在里面打工了两年多，后来毕业了找到相关工作离开了他们店。至今我们还是非常要好的朋友。看到各种大号小号在网上说一些不符合事实的话语，导致了舆论一边倒。真的很替凯文夫妇委屈。
如果他们真的那么剥削，那么不讲情义，澳洲这种异国他乡，没有雇佣关系了，大家也不会联系彼此了，更不会做好朋友。如果真的是污蔑帖子里讲的，他们非常小气，上海人市井，他们也不会毫不犹豫在我困难的时候借给我这个员工1万澳币办理签证。如果他们真的是只许诺，不兑现，一家店里20个员工也不可能都是傻瓜，喜欢跑离city20多公里以外的地方去上班。你们永远是我心中的红心老板夫妇，我永远的好朋友。

根据法律规定，试工2个小时不给钱不违法，超过2个小时就违法，如果只是试工超时，补工资就好了，至于工资多少就看客个人怎么想了，华人工资都不高，不上税，貌似已经是条不成文的规矩了
