    是的， 这家mortgage broker 很烂的， 一看就是一看骗子， 有朋友在那里上了当， 大家千万不要去， 表面上说是为客户着想， 其实不然， 背后玩阴险的， 那个男的一个就不是好东西

大家千万注意了， 那个男的姓许好象 ， 千万别去他家代款， 这个不能贷 ， 那个不能贷 ， 只有他能拿高commission 的可以代 ， 去他家绝对是措施机会和浪费时间

well, so nobody think maybe we could negotiated with bank directly?
do we have to deal with agency? i don't believe bank will cheat us as well.
and another advantage might  we can change bank as we wish, and the fee is minimized.
