The tenant will move out at 17.02.11 so i hope you can renting the room strat from 18.02.11. We can reserve for you for sure but you have to pay at least 2 weeks bond asap i reckon... Cheers

Note: It is ok if anyone wanna move in earlier as i got an room extra, he/she can stay in that room until the the tenant moves out.... Cheers
