跟他說說唄~ 萬事好商量嘛, 你就跟他說說你的朋友有事才到你家去, 何況你巳經盡量小聲了, 他應該不會有甚麼吧~~~
至於房東帶來的人..... 如果是我,我也會一栐的跟他講... 但是當然要看看房東的為人了, 如果是小器那种, 盡量好禮貌的講, 等約滿就馬上搬....

You can talk with your landlord ,then if he or she keeps doing it ,just tell whoever you wanna move because of the disturbance ,at the same time , you or your friend should keep quiet as possible as you can .Negotiation is important!
