主要职责:
- 协助客户准备签证申请的资料和文件
- 协助审核客户的材料,配合代理辅助客户材料的撰写
- 执行基础的行政管理事务
【注册移民代理】 Job Highlights: - Experience in the migration industry
- Proven knowledge of practising migration law and procedure
- Provide immigration advice and lodging visa application
- Leading and assisting the migration team to provide professional consultation to the client
Key Responsibilities: - To provide professional legal advice on migration matters
- Research legislation cases and precedents whenever required.
- Responsible for preparing legal / migration documentation and submit to the Department of Home Affairs and/or the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
- Managing casework and client files.
- Researching cases to provide clients with the most effective & practical solution on their migration pathway
- Responsible for drafting and reviewing submissions addressing a range of issues such as Character, Family Violence and Waivers etc.
- Act in accordance with the Code of Conduct is administered by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
- Ability to deal effectively with relevant authorities including Skills assessing bodies, Immigration SA, Department of Home Affairs.
Job Requirements: - Registered with OMARA
- Australian qualified Registered Migration Agent with a minimum of 3 years qualified experience specializing in Business & Investment visas application
- Proven knowledge of practising migration law and procedure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Must have valid professional insurance
