We have 5 bedrooms to rent.  4 bedrooms are single rooms, and one is a very large double room - for either 2 single people to share or would suit a married couple.  The house is very large, with two large seperate living rooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, outside areas, large laundry and spare room to just relax or chill out in!  The house will be fully furnished.  Each bedroom has large wardrobe, single bed, bedside table and desk with chair.  The double bedroom will have either two single beds, or one double bed, depending on whether a married couple or two singles, will occupy the room.  The double bedroom also has its own private bathroom, and study room.  The living areas will have a lounge suite and TV/DVD, the second living room will be arranged for dining.  The kitchen will be fully equipped with cooking and serving utensils, microwave and dishwasher.  The laundry will have a washing machine, and there is a large clothesline in the backyard.  The house is fully airconditioned, and has a gas heater in each living room.  There is an alarm system, for your security as well. There is also a 3 car carport. A cleaner will be included in rent cost, to clean floors and bathrooms once every 2 weeks.  Cleaning bedrooms will be the responsibility of the occupant.  Rent also includes electricity and wireless internet connections.  Rent does not include telephone or excess water.  Each occupant will be required to purchase or supply their own linen / bedding, and food.
There are 4 single bedrooms - Cost will be $165 per week, per person.
Double room will be $330 per week, ($165 per person, per week) - as it has its own bathroom, and seperate study room attached to bedroom.
