Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Thai dishes according to our menu and recipes.
Ensure all food is cooked and presented to high standards of quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure equipment and kitchen tools are used correctly and maintained in good working condition.
What We Require:
Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in Thai, Asian cuisine or a professional kitchen.
A strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus.
