新近装修，新地毯新墙漆。宽敞大卧室，橱柜、床、书桌等齐全；洁净浴室；特大的厨房大冰箱、微波炉、电饭煲、热水壶、面包机、超多的操作平台和碗橱、吸尘器、洗衣机、熨衣斗一应俱全，提供宽带互联网（与其他租户分担月租费），有空调通往各个卧室，水电网费平摊。

现剩1间单人卧室可供预定$105/周。院子很大，车位可以停4-5辆车，有车库。特别适合海外学生和职业人士居住！
