House in Eastern Suburb (Tranmere), situated in a quiet locality.
near to shopping center (Coles, K-mart), fish & chips, Hungry Jack's and a Chinese grocery shop.
2 fridges, washing machine, micro-wave oven and a "Pura-tap" installed for filtered drinking water.
1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds, 2 study desks and a large built-in wardrobe installed) and 2 single bedrooms, available.
All bedrooms have individual air-conditioner installed.
Internet: 600G per month (wireless).
About 3 mins. walk to bus-stop and 15 mins. to city.
Do not live with landlord.
