yep, my friend, this is a separate AD for the master bedroom for short period rental purpose.

Current tenant has to leave because of family issues all of a sudden. What can I do?! Just wanna to help...

Yes, a parent is sick, according to the tenant, so they have to breach the rent agreement.

I'm trying for fill the gap of vacancy, so here I am...

That's true. Short-term has to find the right person who happens to need somewhere to stay in this specific time slot, unfortunately.
