房子的位置在hope valley靠近tea tree plaza。

离公交车站200米，4分钟走到40A 坐557 或是559，去city (40分钟)或是去Tea Tree Plaza（10-15分钟）
离超市1500米，17分钟走到foodland

房间全家具，拎包入住，双人或是Queen size bed。房间内有大衣柜。因为是international student shared accommodation，比较倾向于学生。很适合想练英语的同学。

租金是120-125全包，网络500G。

3月29号就可以入住。
