标题: chemist warehouse卖过期的糖果。。还居然明目张胆挂起来卖。。。
前几天去西南边一家chemist warehouse，准备买点鱼油，结果，突然发现，2.5刀5袋糖的package，哇撒，比超市还狠。。
很好奇的瞅了一眼，expiry day：01/07/2012。。。
我以为澳洲不卖这货的，稀奇啊。。。

这个有时候是合法的
记得北区有个超市是专门买过期货的，超级便宜
2年前看到一袋2003年出产的虾，1d/kg

真的。。比天朝还狠啊。。至少也要回去重新包装下吧。。我在reject shop都没有看见这样的饿。。

他们好像是有专门一个区域卖过期的东西的？很多超市都这样，我也不知道这样合不合法

It's not illegal to sell product that past its "best before" date. But selling product past its "expiry date" or "used by date" is not allowed. Product that past its "best before" date is OK to consume although they may not be as good in quality as it was before, but not harmful to people. If you find the quality unacceptable, then return the product, make a complaint and get a refund.
