本人于二十五号 回到阿德 因为没有房子所以暂时在朋友这借住 所以现在急着找一间房子租住

This is a 3 bedroom house (2 with built in robes), the lounge room can be converted as a 4th bedroom. It has floating floor board throughout the house. There are 2 toilets & 1 bathroom. There is an air conditioner in the main room.
Bus M44, 245, 248 - Bus Stop 12 (Marion Rd, South Plympton) will take you straight to Adel Uni & Uni SA (City Campus). Tram stop 9 is only 5 minutes walk, it will take you to Uni SA (West Campus).
However, the house is unfurnished & no pet please.
