Hoggett, J, Edwards, L, Medlin, J, Tilling, M, 2009, Financial Accounting, 7th edn., John Wiley & Sons, Australia Ltd.. 书状况良好，$40。

2）corporate finance

UniSA "BUSS 5233 Corporate Finance" 指定用书：Petty, J.W., Keown, A.J. et al 2009, Financial Management: Principles and Applications, 5th edition, Pearson Education. $60, 价格可议。

3）Commercial Law （免费附送tutorial参考答案）

UniSA Master “COML 5009 - COMMERCIAL LAW M"指定用书
状况：二手，可以使用

1）Graw S (2008), An introduction to the Law of Contract. 6th edition. Thompson Law Book Co.
2) *Lipton and Herzberg, A (2008), Understanding Company Law, 14th edition. Law Book Co.

两本书不单卖，总价$70，不还价，非诚勿扰。

*第二本书用于corporation law，不是最新版本15th，但不影响使用，甚至13th版本的都可以使用。特此提醒。

此科目开卷考试，任何非南澳大学本校图书馆的材料都可以带入考场。友情提醒：法律有大量阅读和对词汇量要求。这两本书里有重要case的highlighting，要点underlining，归纳性的writing和专业术语的中文翻译，有助于理解，阅读时有提纲挈领的作用。喜欢用新的和比较新的课本的话，请不要买我的书。

我有这本书Berenson M L, Levine D M, Krehbiel T C 2009, Basic Business Statistics Concepts and Applications, 11th Edition, Pearson Prentice Hall.
还有一本中文对应的教材，涵盖内容80-90%，理解了之后再看英文很容易，还有作业答案。考试的时候要带书进去的，样卷答案已经抄在上面了，所以期末就不用自己抄了
