每个房间有单独的空调

2分钟到车站，15分钟到CITY和阿德莱德大学

近超市 COLES，KMART，FISH AND CHIPS, HUNGRY JACK'S 和亚洲和中国超市'
(很多学生在附近找到工作）
东主免费接机，附近有小公园
