Hi, my house is on Bus stop 17-18, the only thing is the price you offer is too low, but I highly reckon you come and inspect my house and then decide. I might lower the price a little bit.

我的房子是在东区13站，坐106二十分钟之内到city，12月18日可以入住，12月18号到1月25好之间房租只要70刀，但在1月25号之后是110刀，可以只住到1月25号，也可长租，如有意可以联系我电话：0425563440（只能接受英文短信），qq708919465

271， 273 13站去city只需8-10分钟，bus 站步行 2分钟即可

100G网络无白天夜晚限制，share bills 不收水费。

家里有人在鸡场工作，免费鸡肉供给充足，

12站有个小shopping center，Foodland，麦当劳，买东西很方便，

21站有个大型shopping center有 coles subway，sams warehouse等

每周末我们都会开车去购物

客厅住一人，主卧住一人，出租其中小房一间，（住满3人）

圣诞节期间(12月24，25日)招租，周末可帮忙搬家，即刻起随时欢迎看房
