About us
We are an Australian owned freight forwarding company.
Due to an ever expanding client base we require a freightforwarder for our export operations, initially part-time.
Qualifications & experience
- Industry experience within a freight forwarder is essential
- Must have export experience
- Proficient in Microsoft programs and mandarin speaking
- Strong communication, time management & problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities
The Export Sea Freight Operator will be responsible toensure the following:
- Bookings received from customers are registered.
- Bookings to the shipping lines are sent.
- Transport bookings are arranged.
- Forwarding instructions & country document cut offs are sent to the shipping line and overseas.
- Shipments are invoiced on time.
- Pre-alerts sent on time.
- Creditors invoices are approved.
- Transhipment cargo is checked in.
