As the Marketing and Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of our business's marketing and communication requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates to showcase their innovation and creativity by leading end-to-end marketing initiatives, aimed at enhancing the brand visibility of SA Electrical and Gas Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Create end-to-end marketing materials, including graphic design and copywriting.
- Manage all social media platforms and website content to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate stock records, including data analysis and updating information on online platforms.
- Provide support to the sales team in customer service and complaint handling.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in marketing, with expertise in graphic design and copywriting.
- Proven administrative experience, including data analysis and data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in customer service.
- Attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desired Skills:
- Familiar with marketing tools, preferably Canva and Shopify.
- Experience in Facebook and Google advertisement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
