Hi, I have a single room which will be renting out in the end of August. The room is fully-furnished, with provision of the basic appliance, washing machine, microwave, TV, cooking utensil, etc... but only suitable to one person to stay in. I dont mind the male or female, but prefer the pet-lover since I got a pet.
