We are currently trading multiple store in NSW & SA. We have one sushi bar (Summer hill) in New South Wales and four sushi bar (Rundle mall, Mawson Lakes, Stirling, McLaren Vale) in South Australia. All store preparation area of the sushi bar is full view to shoppers within the supermarket.
Our take-away sushi bar mission is provide to customer high quality fresh sushi everyday and offer for low price. You will be produce, pack and display quality sushi. We are seeking experienced sushi maker or sushi chef.
We are prefer, who have a passionate for Japanese sushi.
About you:
- minimum of 2years Japanese kitchen experience.
- cutting fish(sashimi, nigiri slice)
- Experience managing kitchen team member.
- Knowledge of kitchen daily operation.
- Have a strong work ethic and highly motivated.
- Team player with respectful team work environment.
- Have a positive can do attitude.
- High attention for food safety.
