very spacious and room is fully furnished and all bills such as electricity, water and internet are included
It is huge 2 level of townhouse located in near south terrace nice catchment to china town(5 min to walk) and south terrace tram station(10 min to walk)
The room is available from 30th of April and you can ask for inspection arragement when we both are convenient.
The bus 99C, 98C heading to Rundle mall, UniSA and Adelaide University will come every 15 min to bus stop where you can get in front of my house.
